Housekeeper or After school nanny in Earlsfield ASAP, Ref: AR/FS-710-South West London

A lovely family in Earlsfield with an 18 month old son is looking for a either full time nanny/housekeeper, who is happy and able to pick up their son from nursery and entertain him until they return from work.
Hours ideally would be 11-7 each day our an after school nanny (3-7).
You would be responsible for all housekeeping (and ideally some cooking /food prep for the family).
