You must have be flexible, have a can-do attitude, have a focus on helping with the physical and language development of the baby and be proactive with planning engaging and age appropriate activities.
A proven track record with babies and excellent checkable references are essential.
An added bonus would be if you spoke Italian or French and can drive - but these are not essential!
